Garlic Infused Lamb Rack. Cover the lamb rack with several whole garlic buds and rub in 2 tbs of olive oil ,salt, pepper fresh fine chopped basil, parsley and oregano with a tbs of pommery grainy mustard. Do the same with the shaved corn segments and potato spears. Loosely wrap the lamb rack in some heavy gauge foil and place in a very hot 400 oven or on a BBQ grill for 35/40 minutes.
