Back in the mid eighties when I was chef at the Knotty Pine in Preston I was asked to recipe all the bake shop items and make the ingedient recipe formulate in metric and fine tune all the baking recipes. This binder contains all the original Knotty Pine Recipes from the source. Jill Jaques. Jeff also added the pot Pie factory items including the infamous chichen pot pie and two part rib sauce. Thekitchenman meeting with Vikram Vij was very interesting. When I met with Vikram at his modern Langley BC facilties and started to chat, we got to know each others strong passion for food. The time just flew by and Vikram has agreed we will be meeting in the New Year to discuss his new line of India Inspired products. He will add some of his favourite condiment side recipes. I will keep you posted when we have our next one on one.
