I season them with some kosher salt, ground freah pepper and then dry bread the chop massaging in with your hands some grated parmesan cheese, fine panko bread crumbs with a sprinkle each of dried oregano, basil, thyme. Wild Forest Mushroom Truffle Cream Soup. While cleaning out my condiment pantry, I found some dried wild forest mushrooms that I picked several years back. I didn’t realize how much I still had left. thekitchenman loves well prepared Punjabi cuisine. I have cooked along side some very good Indo chefs which cooked up some very tasty dishes over the years. My favourite lunch is a petit serving of curry goat, okra masala, coconut basmati rice, a small raw veggie slaw along with a basket of most delicious nann bread.
