Season with salt pepper and a nice light dusting of flower.Less than a minute sauté time on each side in a very hot pan.  Add the capers and squeeze of lemon right at the finish of sautéing. We both are chocolate lovers and Chris at Grecos Deli said it is one great chocolate company from Boulder Colarado. Looking forward to trying the cherry bar. The Almonds in sea salt dark gave us a good chocolate flavour high.
