Since the new crop of rhubarb is coming in, and strawberries. I’ve really had a taste for a crumble but wanted a recipe that was gluten free. I used almond flour. Nothing tastes better then a garden fresh tossed salad. Mouthwatering tomatoes, crispy lettuce, some slices of cool cuccumber, a wedge of sweet bell pepper and maybe an olive or two. Mix 4 parts Virgin Olive Oil to one part Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 tsp of dijon mustard together in a small jar with a dash of dried oregano and basil with some kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.
