100 Ranger Cookies

100 Ranger Cookies; The next time you have to bake cookies for a fund raiser or birthday party use this simple cookie recipe to get your children or grand children involved.

Using the best products available will make the cookies you bake yummy delicious.

Unsalted sweet butter and fresh ground flours. I start by making a simple butter cookie dough.

Still by far still cheaper and much tastier than any store bought.

Here is what you’ll need:
Ranger Cookies
2 cups unsalted butter
24 oz. Chocolate chips
4 cups fresh all-purpose flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 cups sugar
8 oz. bar 75% dark chocolate (grated)
5 cups ground oatmeal flakes [Food Processed like flour]
4 medium eggs
2 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Real Vanilla extract
1 cup of raisins
3 cups chopped unsalted roasted mixed nuts.
Cream the butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with
flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda .
Add and mix in raisins chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts.
Use a table spoon to scoop the cookie dough and place two inches apart on a stick resistant cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Let cool on wire rack and enjoy a ranger cookie and a cold glass of milk.
